Not too much modification here because not much is necessary.
1) Shortened tab names, I like it short and clean.
2) Zoomed out to 75%. This is actually quite important. A majority of your time in excel is structuring data, not looking at data itself. Zooming out helps you do that.
3) Print setup is rotated to landscape, with an 80% default zoom size. I always seem to print at this level.
4) Add the file name, path, tab, page, and date & time of the file into the footer of the printout. Helpful once you start printing out a number of sheets and want to find the right model & tab, and know when you printed it out.
Rule #2: Zoom out as much as you can stand.
