I know that this is an old post, so perhaps you will not see this comment...

I am renting a car at Dulles and returning it at Union Station. It's less than obvious where to return an Alamo rental at Union Station. I called them and all I got was follow the signs for public parking. They also said that, facing Union Station, the parking is on the right. Does any of this sound right?
